FitXprt (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FitXprt mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you use the FitXprt App, we may collect the following types of information:

  • User ID (Automatically Generated) – A unique identifier assigned to each user.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We do not collect personal device information or track how users interact with the app. However, Firebase, Supabase and Google Services (used for authentication and payments) may automatically collect certain information, such as device model, operating system, and analytics, under their own policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide and improve the FitXprt App. Specifically, we may use your data for:

  • User authentication and account management
  • Customizing your experience based on optional profile data (e.g., fitness recommendations)
  • Improving app functionality and performance
  • Processing payments (via Google Services)
  • Personalization of content (e.g., displaying recommended workouts based on user preferences or images)
  • App functionality – Profile pictures may be used to personalize user accounts and display profiles in the app.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase and Firebase, a Google service that provides encrypted storage and access controls. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. However, we use Firebase and Google Services for authentication, payments, and analytics. These third-party services may collect certain data under their own privacy policies. We do not control how these services process data, so we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.Your profile picture and any other images or videos you upload to your account may be visible to other users within the app.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as the account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed from our database, except for any data required for legal or security purposes.
